Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and select international destinations.
Standard Shipping, Express Shipping and International Shipping offered.
Please note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier volume, or weather-related issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside the USA and Canada) are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
After an order is transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or packages that are lost or stolen.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some shipping methods may be limited when delivering to P.O. Boxes. If there is an issue, we will contact you before shipping your order.
